AFFORDABLE HOUSING LOTTERY
We are now accepting lottery applications for one, two and three bedroom apartment homes.
To be eligible for the lottery, applicants must meet the income guidelines.
RENTS:
1BD: $1,479 | 2BD: $1,774 | 3BD: $2,050
Several units have been set aside for applicants that are at or below 30% of the median income.
Rent for these units will be 30% of the household adjusted gross income.
MAXIMUM HOUSEHOLD INCOME LIMITS:
30% AMI: 1P: $27,600 | 2P: $31,560 | 3P: $35,490 | 4P: $39,420 | 5P: $42,600 | 6P: $45,750
60% AMI: 1P: $55,200 | 2P: $63,120 | 3P: $70,980 | 4P: $78,840 | 5P: $85,200 | 6P: $91,500
